耐高温输送带的优缺点简介

耐热输送带主要用于冶金、建筑等行业，输送烧结矿、焦炭、水泥熟料等高温物料，怎样区分带子的好坏呢？
The heat resistant conveyor belt is mainly used for metallurgy, construction and other industries, transporting high temperature materials such as sinter, coke, cement clinker and so on. How to distinguish the quality of the belt?
1、选择最适合的带子不仅取决于热应变，也决定于化学的机械的应力；

2、所输送物料的温度与带子的表面温度根据物料的组成、性质、表面结构形状及粒度的变化而变化，如当大块物料温度为150℃（焦炭或烧结矿石）且与带子接触面积比较小时，胶带表面温度可保持在60～80℃。可是当输送水泥粉料时，物料温度与带表面温度的相差就很少；

3、耐热输送带的寿命受胶带表面温度的影响相当厉害，并影响到盖胶掉块、带芯脱层，因此，当选择胶带时，考虑胶带表面温度极为重要，还有环境温度，带子返回时能否充分冷却；带速与中心距离等都是值得注意的；

4、较厚的盖胶是保证带子有较长寿命的重要条件，我们建议织物芯耐热带的盖胶厚度：上盖6～8mm,下盖2～4mm。
