耐热输送带的选用:
Selection of heat-resistant conveyor belts:
(1)选择最适合的带子不仅取决于热应变,也决定于化学的机械的应力;
(1) Choosing the most suitable tape depends not only on the thermal strain, but also on the chemical mechanical stress.
(2)所输送物料的温度与带子的表面温度根据物料的组成、性质、表面结构形状及粒度的变化而变化,如当大块物料温度为150℃(焦炭或烧结矿石)且与带子接触面积比较小时,胶带表面温度可保持在60~80℃。可是当输送水泥粉料时,物料温度与带表面温度的相差就很少;
(2) The temperature of the conveyed material and the surface temperature of the belt vary according to the composition, properties, surface structure, shape and particle size of the material. For example, when the temperature of the bulk material is 150 C (coke or sintered ore) and the contact area with the belt is small, the surface temperature of the belt can be maintained at 60-80 C. However, when conveying cement powder, the difference between material temperature and surface temperature is very small.
(3)耐热带的寿命受胶带表面温度的影响相当厉害,并影响到盖胶掉块、带芯脱层,因此,当选择胶带时,考虑胶带表面温度极为重要,还有环境温度,带子返回时能否充分冷却;带速与中心距离等都是值得注意的;
(3) Tropical life is greatly affected by the surface temperature of the belt, and also affects the falling off of the cover and the delamination of the core. Therefore, when choosing the belt, it is very important to consider the surface temperature of the belt, as well as the ambient temperature, whether the belt can be cooled adequately when returning, the belt speed and the distance from the center, etc.
(4)较厚的盖胶是保证带子有较长寿命的重要条件,我们建议织物芯耐热带的盖胶厚度:上盖6~8mm,下盖2~4mm.
(4) Thicker cover gum is an important condition to ensure the belt has a longer life. We suggest that the cover gum thickness of fabric core is 6-8 mm for the top cover and 2-4 mm for the bottom cover.
