输送带在使用中应注意以下事项：
The following items shall be noted in the use of conveyor belt:  
1.注意在输送带启动之前，应该按要求仔细检查。切忌将不同品种、型号、规格的输送带连接在一起使用；
1. Before starting the conveyor belt, check it carefully as required. Do not connect different types, models and specifications of conveyor belt for use together;
2.发现输送带局部破损时，应用人造棉及时修补，以免扩大；
2. If the conveyor belt is partially damaged, it shall be repaired with artificial cotton in time to avoid expansion;
3.避免托辊被物料覆盖，造成回转不灵，防止漏料卡于滚筒与胶带之间，注意输送带活动部分的润滑，但不得油污输送带；
3. Prevent the idler from being covered by the material, resulting in poor rotation, and prevent material leakage from sticking between the roller and the belt. Pay attention to the lubrication of the moving part of the conveyor belt, but do not grease the conveyor belt
4.防止输送带负荷启动；

5.调节好清扫装置及刮板、避免磨损输送带，避免油类或油脂类等杂物粘结在输送带及托辊或辊筒上，尽可能避免雨雪或阳光造成输送带老化；
5. Adjust the cleaning device and scraper, avoid wearing the conveyor belt, avoid oil or grease and other sundries sticking on the conveyor belt, idler or roller, and avoid the aging of the conveyor belt caused by rain, snow or sunlight as far as possible;  
6.输送带发生跑偏，应及时采取措施纠正；
6. If the conveyor belt deviates, measures shall be taken to correct it in time
7.避免输送带遭受机架，支柱或块状物料的阻滞，防止碰破扯裂；
7. Avoid the conveyor belt from being blocked by the frame, pillar or block materials, and prevent it from breaking and tearing;
8.输送带在运行过程中，张力不要超过输送带设计的张力，并避免超载；
8. During the operation of conveyor belt, the tension shall not exceed the designed tension of conveyor belt, and overload shall be avoided
9.避免在输送带周围使用气割机或电焊机以防损及输送带，输送带有损坏时应及时修理；
9. Avoid using gas cutting machine or electric welding machine around the conveyor belt to prevent damage to the conveyor belt, and repair the damaged conveyor belt in time
10.在给料方向须同输送带运行方向一致，给料要均匀，避免局部负载过大，要尽量减少物料的落差。
10. The feeding direction shall be the same as the running direction of the conveyor belt, and the feeding shall be uniform to avoid excessive local load and minimize the drop of materials.
