1、选择最适合的带子不仅取决于热应变，也决定于化学的机械的应力；

2、所输送物料的温度与带子的表面温度根据物料的组成、性质、表面结构形状及粒度的变化而变化，如当大块物料温度为150℃（焦炭或烧结矿石）且与带子接触面积比较小时，胶带表面温度可保持在60～80℃。可是当输送水泥粉料时，物料温度与带表面温度的相差就很少；
2. The temperature of the transported material and the surface temperature of the belt vary according to the composition, property, surface structure shape and particle size of the material. For example, when the temperature of the bulk material is 150 ℃ (coke or sinter ore) and the contact area with the belt is small, the surface temperature of the belt can be kept at 60-80 ℃. However, when transporting cement powder, the difference between material temperature and belt surface temperature is very small;
3、耐热输送带的寿命受胶带表面温度的影响相当厉害，并影响到盖胶掉块、带芯脱层，因此，当选择胶带时，考虑胶带表面温度极为重要，还有环境温度，带子返回时能否充分冷却；带速与中心距离等都是值得注意的；
3. The service life of the heat-resistant conveyor belt is greatly affected by the surface temperature of the belt, which affects the cover rubber falling off and the belt core delamination. Therefore, when selecting the belt, it is very important to consider the surface temperature of the belt, as well as the ambient temperature, whether the belt can be fully cooled when it returns; the belt speed and the distance between the center and so on are all noteworthy;
4、较厚的盖胶是保证带子有较长寿命的重要条件，我们建议织物芯耐热带的盖胶厚度：上盖6～8mm,下盖2～4mm。
4. The thick cover glue is an important condition to ensure the long service life of the belt. We suggest that the thickness of the cover glue for the heat resistance of the fabric core: 6-8mm for the upper cover and 2-4mm for the lower cover.
