管道防腐涂漆
Pipeline anti-corrosion painting
1、管道安装后不易涂漆的部位应预先涂漆。
1. The parts that are difficult to paint after the installation of pipes shall be painted in advance.
2、涂漆前应清除被涂表面的铁锈、焊渣、毛刺、油、水等污物。
2. Rust, welding slag, burr, oil, water and other dirt on the coated surface shall be removed before painting.
3、涂漆施工必须有相应的防火措施。

4、有色金属管、不锈钢管、镀锌钢管、镀锌铁皮和铝皮保护层，可不涂漆。但接头和破损处应涂漆。
4. Non ferrous metal pipe, stainless steel pipe, galvanized steel pipe, galvanized iron sheet and aluminum sheet protective layer may not be painted. However, joints and damaged parts shall be painted.
5、埋地管道或地沟内的管u型槽模具 井盖钢模具 保定雅思 一次性止血带 保定养老院  保定水处理设备 一次性止血带  道，应先涂两道防锈漆，再涂两道沥青漆；工程内明敷的管道，应先涂两道防锈漆，再涂两道面漆。
5. The buried pipeline or the pipeline in the trench shall be coated with two coats of antirust paint and then two coats of asphalt paint; The pipes exposed in the project shall be coated with two coats of antirust paint and then two coats of finish paint.
6、埋地铸铁管，应涂两道沥青漆，再涂一道面漆；工程内明敷的铸铁管，应先涂两道防锈漆，再涂一道面漆。
