耐热输送带纵向水波纹 Longitudinal wave pattern of heat resistant conveyer belt 解决办法:(1)生产时的输送带宽度要小于成品的宽度,尽量宽度保持在成品宽度的99%左右;(2)硫化时,模的宽度应适当放宽,如硫化宽度为 1000mm的输送带时,模的宽度可以适当放宽为原来的1010±5mm;(3)适当加大硫化时的压力,一般增加2.5-3mpa左右;(4)生带硫化时拉伸不宜过大,以1%-2%为宜,视帆布热收缩率大小而定;(5)适当加大尼龙布、EP布的贴胶厚度。作为耐热输送带,贴胶厚度要比普通输送带稍微厚些,这不但可以防止外观质量缺陷的出现,还可以增加层间粘合力,特别是在高温运行的EP芯带中,EP帆布如果贴胶厚度不够,在运行过程中往往容易造成胶与布或布与布脱层。而尼龙芯和帆布芯则由于芯层硬度小,柔软,则很少出现这种情况。 Solutions: (1) the width of the conveyor belt in production is less than the width of the finished product, as wide as 99% of the width of the finished product. This can not only prevent appearance quality defects, but also increase interlayer adhesion, especially in the EP core belt running at high temperature. If the EP canvas is not thick enough, the adhesive and cloth or the cloth and the cloth and cloth layer are easily caused during the operation. Nylon core and canvas core are seldom seen because of the hardness and softness of core layer. |
