| 结构及加工方法与普通输送带大致相同，其接头不采用机械接头，而是用加热加压的方法硫化成整体，故又称为无接头输送带。 The structure and processing method are roughly the same as those of ordinary conveyor belts. The joints of conveyor belts are vulcanized into a whole by heating and pressurizing instead of mechanical joints. Therefore, they are also called jointless conveyor belts. 接头方法有三种： There are three kinds of joint methods: (1)直接硫化成环形带子； (1) Direct vulcanization into annular ribbons; (2)硫化时留生头，使用时根据要求现场加热加压使接头部分硫化； (2) Retain the raw head when vulcanizing. When using, the joint is partly vulcanized by on-site heating and pressure according to the requirements. (3)用胶黏剂现场黏合。由于无机械接头，运行平稳，适用于选矿，化肥等部门的物料输送。 (3) Field bonding with adhesives. Because there is no mechanical joint, it runs smoothly and is suitable for material transportation in mineral processing, fertilizer and other departments. |
