输送带在使用中应注意以下事项: The following items shall be noted in the use of conveyor belt: 1.注意在输送带启动之前,应该按要求仔细检查。切忌将不同品种、型号、规格的输送带连接在一起使用; 1. Before starting the conveyor belt, check it carefully as required. Do not connect different types, models and specifications of conveyor belt for use together; 2.发现输送带局部破损时,应用人造棉及时修补,以免扩大; 2. If the conveyor belt is partially damaged, it shall be repaired with artificial cotton in time to avoid expansion; 3.避免托辊被物料覆盖,造成回转不灵,防止漏料卡于滚筒与胶带之间,注意输送带活动部分的润滑,但不得油污输送带; 3. Prevent the idler from being covered by the material, resulting in poor rotation, and prevent material leakage from sticking between the roller and the belt. Pay attention to the lubrication of the moving part of the conveyor belt, but do not grease the conveyor belt 4.防止输送带负荷启动; 4.
